I am interested in knowing where you’d place a degree in your last graph there. I guess a technical blog can be arguably more useful depending on its success, but the idea that “social media buzz” (and I very much include stackoverflow score) is more worth on a resume than actual proof of your competence is a little too much to claim.

I probably would avoid a job that focuses more on my PR abilities than my actual skills.
